The City Select 2 Stroller Eco Collection is a versatile stroller that can be converted from a single to double stroller by the addition of a second seat or glider board (sold separately). The City Select 2 Stroller, Eco Collection can be configured to be a triple travel system by adding an infant car seat. It has 24 configurations in all and is the top-rated stroller. This model is constructed with Baby Jogger’s soft durable, breathable and sustainably-sourced TENCEL fabrics. They help regulate temperature. It comes with a leatherette handlebar, bumper bar and belly bar. It folds 20% smaller than the market-leading single-to-double stroller, the UPPAbaby Vista V2 and is lighter, too.

It features a medium-sized shade and a magnetic peek-aboo window, which is easy to open or close. The telescoping handlebars are one of the simplest to adjust and works for parents of all sizes. The seats recline, and there's an adjustment button for the footwell to help you position your child in the most comfortable position. The storage bin is large, but we wish it had a latch that is more secure. The bin is easy to open, however the zippers can be annoying because they need to be removed and secured again after each use.

The City Select, like its counterparts, has single-action brakes that are easy to install and release by pulling a lever on the frame side, lower than the handlebar. It's sandal and barefoot-friendly and a significant improvement over the clunky toe-pinch brake levers that many of the other models use.

This is the only stroller in our review that accepts two infant car seats making it an ideal option for twins or parents with a single child and a baby on the way. It can be used with all major brands infant car seats by using an adapter. We tested it with Britax/BOB Chicco KeyFit 30, Graco Click Connect models, Cybex Aton and Aton Q, and Nuna Pipa.

The City Select is incompatible with the UPPAbaby Vista V2. The City Select is a great alternative for families who already have car seats, but are looking for a stroller that can accommodate it. However, you may be better served with another convertible stroller in this instance.
